Q: How can I have a link to my website added to my free standard listing?
A:

Website links are displayed in a business’s full-page ad (More Info page). This is a service reserved for our Premier Members. To find out more about Premier Membership, take the site tour. Or, if you prefer, call us directly at 602-244-8909 to speak to a professional that can answer any questions you may have about Premier Membership. You may also submit a website to the Arizona website directory.

Q: What if I notice a mistake (typo, broken link, etc)?
A: Simply note the mistake and its location and send it to us via our Customer Service form. We will promptly correct the problem. If you prefer, you may call us directly (602-244-8909).

Q: What if I see a company that is no longer in business listed in the directory?
A: Notify us immediately via phone (602-244-8909)our Customer Service form. Be sure to include the business name as it is listed in the directory, where you saw the listing and let us know it is out of business. We will verify the information and remove the listing upon confirmation of the business’s closure.

Q: What should I do if I find a disconnected number in the directory?
A: Note the business name, phone number, and location in the directory. Call us directly (602-244-8909) or notify us via our Customer Service form. We will research the disconnection and try to find a valid phone number. If no valid number can be found, the listing will be deleted. If a valid number is found, we will notify you via email and correct the phone number on the listing. We greatly appreciate your feedback!

Q: How do I remove a listing and/or make changes to my account?
A: Members may use the "Manage My Listings" feature to add, edit and remove your listings. Make changes to your account by using the "Settings and Preferences" feature in your account.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem when trying to register?
A: Call us directly at 602-244-8909 to reach a live person Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. After hours, leave a voicemail to be returned immediately upon our return. We can walk you through the process step by step and answer any questions you run into. You can also fill out our Customer Service form describing the problem.

Q: What is the difference between registering as in individual and registering as a business?
A: As an individual, you will have the ability to post free ads in the classified section and/or post your resume to find that perfect job! Individual members also have unlimited access to the event calendar and message boards. Individual members are not permitted to post ads soliciting for any kind of business, but can post as many general classifieds as they’d like. Business members will receive a standard alphabetical listing for free in their business category and can apply for Trusted or Premier Membership status.

Q: How long does it take for a listing to be posted once I submit it?
A: Once you submit a listing for placement it is reviewed for quality. Upon approved, the ad will be posted within 24 hours Monday through Friday or 48 hours Saturday and Sunday. If you do not see your ad within 48 hours please call us (602-244-8909) and we will research the delay.

Q: How do I find out more about a business listed in the directory and the services or products they offer?
A: If you are looking at a Premier Member and the information you need isn’t displayed in the business’s More Info page, feel free to click the Request Info icon to submit a question or comment. You can also call the business directly by dialing the number listed. Be sure to mention AZBonline! If you are looking at a standard member, keep in mind that these businesses have not agreed to our standards and customer service obligations. Because of this, we cannot guarantee a response to inquiries made to standard members. However, we encourage you to submit a question or your need to the business. We will then contact the company and qualify them to fulfill your request.

A: We've made it easy to find what you're looking for, that's because we find it for you. If you can't find what you're looking for, simply use the "Shop and Compare" form. If you would like to get answers from Trusted companies we suggest you "Ask A Professional".

A: Browse through our Jobs & Employment section to find the perfect position and respond to an ad by using the request info form. Or, post your resume for potential employers.

Q: What if I want to submit a complaint about a company?
A:

Trusted*Remember: Only companies that carry the AZB Trusted Company Badge have agreed and to our Standards and Obligations. We only support the products and/or services provided by AZB Trusted Companies.

If you have experienced a negative or unacceptable incident with ANY business listed in AZBonline, we want to know about it. Call us directly (602-244-8909) and let us know what happened. We will review the incident and remove the company’s listing if necessary.

Q: How do I request information from more than one business?
A: Use the "Add to My List" links to make shopping fast and easy! Simply click the Add To My List on any listing and the business will be added to your list. When finished, click the Shop & Compare My List link to submit a request to all the companies in your list.

Q: I registered several days ago and my listing has not been placed. What are likely causes of this?
A: There are many possible reasons your listing or ad hasn’t been posted to AZB. If you did not receive notification via email, contact us by phone (602-244-8909) or fill out our Customer Service form to receive an explanation as to why your listing has not been placed.

Q: Once I register, how soon can I begin placing classified ads?
A: You can begin placing classified ads immediately upon registration with AZB. Upon review, your account will become active and the ads will be placed within 24 to 48 hours.
